When hiring items, the initial charge to the customer's payment card will be made on the day the order is placed. Recurring charges will be made on the same day each month thereafter until the item is returned. Any applicable postage charges will be charged with the first month's rental. The rental fee includes taxes.
The minimum hire period is one month.
This is a hire agreement. The goods will remain the property of DopplerHire.co.uk at all times.
Following delivery of the goods, the customer will have a seven working day cooling off period, in which time they may contact DopplerHire.co.uk in writing in order to cancel the hiring agreement. In this instance, a full refund will be provided following receipt of the goods. Please see the later section regarding returning items.
This hire agreement shall be construed, enforced, and performed in accordance with the British legal system. Under British Law, theft of Rental Property is considered a felony and punishable thereof.
DopplerHire.co.uk makes every effort to ensure that it's products will
be fit for the purpose described. We will replace any items that do not
perform as such, following communication from the hirer that this is the
case. If the goods are damaged by misuse, neglect or accident, the
customer assumes liability for repair or replacement costs. If the item
is stolen, lost, or destroyed, the customer will be charged the full price
of the goods: £69.99 GBP for the BF-500 Fetal Doppler; £89.99 GBP for
the BF-500+ Fetal Doppler.
Returns: When you are returning the Doppler to us, please follow the enclosed return instructions, sending the Doppler in its original packaging to the following address:

In order to ensure safe return, postage requiring a recipient's signature will be necessary, for example, Royal Mail Special Delivery. Customers must return the items at their own cost.
