When purchasing goods, the whole charge to the purchaser's payment card will be made on the day the order is placed. All postage charges and taxes are included in this amount.
DopplerHire.co.uk makes every effort to ensure it's goods will be fit for the purpose described. We will any replace goods that do not perform as such, following communication from the purchaser that this is the case. If goods are damaged by misuse, neglect or accident, these rights are waived.
Following delivery of the goods, the purchaser will have a seven working day cooling off period, in which time they may contact DopplerHire.co.uk in writing to cancel the purchase agreement. In this instance, a full refund will be provided to the purchaser following receipt of the undamaged goods.

In order to ensure safe return, postage requiring a recipient's signature will be necessary, for example, Royal Mail Special Delivery. Customers must return the items at their own cost.
